SMC operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from two ASIAL certified Grade A1 Monitoring Centres. With SMC?s national monitoring platform, monitoring and phone calls can be switched between our two monitoring centres within seconds.
Having two geographically separated centers also allows us to load share in peak times.
We are always on
We maintain two Grade A1 Monitoring Centres in Australia, which comply with the stringent Australian Standard (AS2201.2)
This means that in the event of a technical or natural disaster, all inbound calls can be switched between either response centre within seconds, ensuring a continuous standard of service delivery.

Our national in-house technical teams are available 24/7 to respond to any monitoring centre system faults and minimise any unnecessary downtime. Having two geographically separated centres also allows us to load share in peak times.
