Bureau Data Entry

Our Bureau Data Entry section operates Monday to Saturday and is ready to take your call.  Emergency data entry changes that need to be made afterhours can be facilitated.

Escalation Procedure

For any operational issue, access to the Bureau Monitoring Centre supervisory staff is easy.  Each shift is supervised by a Duty Manager that will be able to assist if you have any queries or concerns outside of business hours.  Your request will be passed on to our management team for prompt response.

Bureau Support

Bureau Representatives and SMC Staff are located in Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne, and are capable of addressing any questions or concerns you or your customers may have.  The SMC representatives may also be able to suggest possible solutions for your unique customer requirements.

National 1300 and 13 Phone and Fax

Our Monitoring Centre number and all fax and phone numbers are national 13 numbers, meaning, no matter where your customer is, if they contact SMC it will be at the cost of a local call (calls from mobile phones and some payphones may incur other fees or charges)
